2. The original classification by me en 21.7.14 provided
for 8 A class Busya, 12 B olans Bueye and 20 0 class Busys, but
it has been found mosssary to cater for the requirements of
the Rice and Goal Anchorages more extensively, hence the extra
8 Buoys shown. The redistributies of the Central Fairway
Bueyago as per classification chart attached has been oare ind
out and all Buoys have been painted and mmbered. The two Busys
marking the Eastern Linit of the Central Fairway have been
painted white, so as to show them up mere olearly at night.
This is for the benefit of Kowloon Ferries.
5. Although there has been ze case of arbitration and
I think generally speaking the Busy owners are satisfied with
the prices paid, yet this scheme entailed a very considerable
smount of labour for over a year, during which time I have had
the most loyal co-operation from Mr. Davey, the Aoting Assistant
Harbour Master, who has been ready at all times Sundays and
Holidays and whenever required, to see the Kerings surveyed,
marked and laid as quickly as possible.
4. I give a list of revenus derived from the Busys
during the first six months of this year against no
expenditures for upkeep during that time,
